Instructions for Becoming a Follower
A follower is someone who is showing their support for my blog by signing up so they appear in the Follower section.
This does NOT mean that you are "joining" the group and participating in the weight loss group. To do that you must send me an email at the address above.
Here are the instructions for becoming a follower-
~Click on the "Already a member? Sign in".
~If you have a Google, Aim or Yahoo account, choose that icon to sign in.
~Under your name, click "Options" then choose "Site Settings."
~Once that window appears, look at the bottom and choose "Fewer Options".
~At this screen you can change your display name and add or change your photo. When complete, choose "Save" and once you are back at the main screen, you can "sign out" under "Options".
~If you do not have one of these accounts, choose the "Create a new Google account" at the bottom.
~Once you have logged on, a window will appear that has your email address as your name. If you want to change that to your actual name, do so.
~You can also post a picture of yourself at this screen.
~The last step is to choose the "Follow this blog" directly below the photo icon.
~You are now done. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
