Let's all welcome our newest member Rebecca to the group. We are happy to have you join us on our journey.
Here are the eagerly awaited results from week 2.
Big, BIG, kudos to everyone for our continued efforts down the path to wellness. I know that you must be pleased to be losing...and you are definitely traveling in the right direction.
Now that we are into Week 3, make sure that you continue think about the small steps that you want to make this week. Every small step gets us closer to where we want to be. Remember to write it down and stick it on your computer, refrigerator, TV, mirror or wherever it is that you will see it regularly. This will help remind you of that step you would like to take.
My small step for this week is to exercise today.
I have significantly increased my water intake because I am very aware that the more water I drink, the more weight I seem to lose. I hope you are doing the same. Here is a link to a very informative article regarding water, it's effects on weight loss and how much you should be drinking; http://www.inch-aweigh.com/water.html
I want to remind Members and Followers to post a comment on the blog. This isn't just for me. You can talk about what works or doesn't work for you, suggestions, or just tell us what you are struggling with and what's on your mind.
Inspiration of the Day
What the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve. - Napoleon Hill, 1883-1970, American Speaker/Motivational Writer/Author
If you get a chance, watch (or record) the Biggest Loser tonight on NBC at 8 pm. If you miss it, you can see the recap on your computer at http://www.nbc.com/the-biggest-loser/
Here's a special message to that person out there who is feeling guilty about that cookie you ate. It was one cookie...remember when you would have eaten two (or 12)? Guess there really is a silver lining in every cloud. It is now in the past. This is the present. You and I have made our decision to move forward. Small steps, small steps, small steps.
Keep up the GREAT work, spread the word and remember that we are doing this One Step at a Time.
Happy Trails!

Some of you know this already, but for the rest...I can't tell you how EXCITED I am about the results. I could hardly wait to get home and read them. I wait every morning for my friends to arrive at work so I can see the "success" on their faces. You guys rock!
