Week 8 Results


Greetings Friends~

Congratulations to this week's Biggest Loser Rebecca. Double kudos to her since she was the week's ONLY loser. Way to go. She lost 3 pounds which works out to 1.51% and her new overall total is a whopping 16 pounds and 7.55%.

The rest of us obviously enjoyed Super Bowl week a little to much. Time to get back on track Travelers.

Hello everyone that might read this, this is Rebecca.I just wanted to give a gentle reminder to everyone who has signed on to this challenge. The contest is fun and motivates us, but the real important issue is our health. The reason why I am doing this is because I was tired of how I felt. Letting life and all the things I wanted to do pass me by because of my bad health. Only I am in control of my choices, which aren't always positive. However, it is my choice now to try to learn how to change my lifelong unhealthy choices into a future of good health. I am so proud of all of my family that are working towards better health. I am glad we are in this together.

Thanks, Rebecca, for your comments, committment and inspiration. I think sometimes the leader of pack gets so far ahead of the other racers that it's difficult to remember why you begin the race in the first place. Thanks for being a good role model. (It must run in the family.)
